To apply, you must be at least 62 years of age, and meet financial and health criteria.

Your Application for Residency must be completed and submitted with a $200 non-refundable application fee and a $1,000 fully refundable priority deposit. Required confidential financial information and a personal health section are part of the Application for Residency.

Applications are processed in the order in which they are received. You will be notified concerning acceptance of your application, and your name will be placed on the Village reservation list. Copies of the Residence Agreement and Financial Disclosure Statement are made available to you at that time. You will be notified when a unit is available. Ten percent of the entrance deposit is required to reserve a specific unit for up to 60 days and a physical examination by Augsburg’s physician must be completed prior to admission to the Village.

Augsburg Lutheran Village will give you up to 60 days to settle and take occupancy. Full payment of the entrance deposit is due at the time of settlement.
